Ruby is an Ontario lawyer with legal experience gained from an international commercial law firm. Ruby has worked in several areas including: Securities and Corporate Law. Ruby practices in the area of corporate/commercial law including business start-ups; corporate reorganizations; dissolutions, amalgamations, shareholder agreements; joint venture agreements; bank and private lender financing of business ventures; commercial and industrial lease negotiations; purchase and sale of franchised businesses; share and asset purchase transactions for individuals and closely held corporations, as well as various commercial agreements and contracts

Ruby is a member of the Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce, Women in Finance, and the National Association of Women and Law.
