Ahmed Hassan is an associate of the firm.
Hassan practices in the arrears of commercial and civil litigation, with a focus on contract law, commercial and business litigation, construction defect claims, negligence and tort law, insurance litigation, employment litigation, and landlord and tenant disputes. Hassan has successfully argued before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court.
Hassan graduated with Distinction from the University of Toronto with a specialist in Political Science. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received a number of awards and scholarships including the Fogler, Rubinoff LLP Prize in Property Law, the Clifton Lane Memorial Prize, and the Goodmans LLP Scholarship. While at Osgoode, Hassan completed a co-op program in test case litigation, and also worked on cases that were heard before the Supreme Court of Canada and the Immigration Appeal Division.
