Gary D. Indech was
called to the Bar of Ontario in 1997 and joined
Rutman & Rutman at its inception in 2003.
Mr. Indech heads the Estate Planning and Administration
division of the firm. He acts for a wide variety
of clientele and has substantial experience preparing
individual, corporate and institutional estate
plans. Mr. Indech also deals with complex trusts,
charitable gifts, business transfer and succession
issues, and powers of attorney for personal care
and property. He has probated many wills representing
both executors and beneficiaries.
Mr. Indech developed and now manages
the Mobile Services division of the firm. Through
this service, Rutman & Rutman offers evening
and weekend home visits across the Greater Toronto
Area and beyond to provide legal services for
clients who cannot come to the office. The mobile
service has brought attention to Rutman &
Rutman in the Brampton press and is much appreciated
by all clients who benefit from the service.
