John Grant practices primarily family and immigration
law. John was called to the bar in 1990 and began
his career as a hearings officer at the Immigration
and Refugee Board of the Department of Citizenship
and Immigration. John entered private practice
in 1993 and has represented clients in the above
areas ever since.
John has significant litigation experience. He
has appeared before administrative tribunals and
the Federal Court of Canada representing clients
on immigration matters. He has also appeared before
the different levels of provincial courts on family
law matters.
John is active in politics at the municipal, provincial
and federal levels.
