Hassan is an associate of the firm and practices civil and commercial litigation, with a broad focus on contractual disputes, employment litigation, construction defect claims, consumer protection disputes, intentional and negligent torts and landlord and tenant disputes. Hassan manages all phases of litigation and has successfully represented many clients at the Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court.
Hassan obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received a number of academic awards and scholarships including the Fogler, Rubinoff LLP Prize in Property Law, the Clifton Lane Memorial Prize, and the Goodmans LLP Scholarship. During law school, Hassan completed a co-op program in test case litigation and also worked on cases that were heard before the Supreme Court of Canada.
